I am not sure I would have been able to mentally or emotionally managed without the expertise and kindness of Shaun. Shaun originally sold our home in Squamish as we were moving to Salmon Arm. Everything went better than expected through the selling of our home. Shaun was always available to answer questions, he took pride in what he had to offer and always made sure he was at my home for a showing. When it came to buying a home in Salmon arm that was a different story working with a local realtor. We were away in another province trying to buy a home. The realtor didn’t want to help us. In a plea for help to Shaun, I asked if he had a referral for another realtor. He did one better, he asked what we were looking for and in less than 24hrs he set up several views. He drove 6hrs to Salmon Arm, video conferenced us and walked through the homes. Took it as far as giving us information such as how long it would take to drive our daughter to school and looking at different shortcuts for her to get to school based on certain locations. Shaun is not ordinary Realtor!
